- Corporate & Office Furniture
All services are provided based on mutually agreed designs, specifications, timelines, and commercial terms.
3. Designs, Drawings & Customization
- All designs, drawings, layouts, and concepts shared by Myle are intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Custom-made furniture is manufactured based on client-approved designs and specifications.
- Minor variations in colour, texture, grain, or finish may occur due to material characteristics and manufacturing processes.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payments
- Prices are based on finalized designs, materials, and scope of work.
- Any changes requested after approval may result in revised costs and timelines.
- Payment schedules must be adhered to as per the agreed quotation or work order.
- Delays in payments may lead to suspension of work or delivery.
5. Manufacturing & Installation
- Manufacturing timelines depend on project size, customization, and material availability.
- Installation will be carried out at the agreed site location and schedule.
- The client must ensure site readiness (civil work, electrical points, access, etc.) before installation.
6. Delivery & Handover
- Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk and responsibility transfer to the client upon successful installation and handover.
7. Warranty & Quality Assurance
- Warranty terms vary depending on materials, hardware, and finishes used and will be communicated at the time of order.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, water seepage, or unauthorized modifications.
- Regular maintenance as advised by Myle is the client’s responsibility.
8. Experience Centres
- Display units at MYLE experience centres are for demonstration purposes only.
- Actual products may vary slightly based on customization and site conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, images, designs, logos, and branding used on the website or shared by Myle are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Myle Interior Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Site-related issues not under our scope
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to Karnataka courts.
