Myle Interior Solutions specializes in the design, manufacture, and execution of customized modular furniture and interior solutions for residential, commercial, institutional, retail, hotel, and corporate spaces MYLE INTRO.
2. Project Confirmation
All projects are initiated only after mutual agreement on scope, design, specifications, timelines, and commercial terms. Any changes requested after approval may affect cost and delivery timelines.
3. Payments
Payment terms, milestones, and schedules will be communicated during project finalization. Delays in payment may result in delays in execution or delivery.
4. Design & Customization
All designs are customized based on client requirements, space, and feasibility. Minor variations in color, finish, or material may occur due to manufacturing or material availability.
5. Manufacturing & Installation
Products are manufactured at Myle’s production facility using advanced machinery. Installation timelines may vary depending on project complexity, site readiness, and external factors.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure site readiness, access, and necessary approvals before installation. Myle is not responsible for delays caused by site conditions or third-party dependencies.
7. Warranty & Quality
Myle is committed to delivering high-quality, durable furniture solutions. Warranty terms, if applicable, will be specified separately as part of the project agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Myle Interior Solutions shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural events, supply disruptions, or regulatory restrictions.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and concepts created by Myle remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Karnataka courts.
